If you are looking to buy one of our off-the-shelf wooden pieces, it’s easy. Just click on the add to cart or buy button on any of our off-the-shelf individual woodcraft products or follow the simple instructions to get in touch to create your own bespoke wooden piece.

If you see a handmade wooden piece on our site you like and it doesn’t appear to be available, just drop us a line. We can recreate a wooden handicraft piece or produce a wooden piece to your exact specifications. Your handmade wooden piece can be created using the design, wood, colours, stains, oils, fixings and dimensions you want. We can personalise your piece too with bespoke engraving.

When we create a bespoke stone or wooden piece, we work closely with our clients and strive to exceed expectations. By virtue of the fact a bespoke piece will be totally unique and built to agreed specifications often bearing personalised detail, no refunds or exchanges will be given on bespoke orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or the piece arrives damaged through transit.

We upcycle wherever possible and our craftsmen love to use aged wood. Because our wooden products and stone products are made from natural, recycled resources and may display natural characteristics and other irregularities, which are not manufacturing faults.

The reclaimed timber we use has certain natural characteristics such as shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks and minor movement due to changes in temperature and humidity. These may appear and disappear with the changing weather conditions. This will not affect the durability, serviceability or lifespan of your wooden creation such as furniture and movement within wood is completely normal.

Natural movements within wood are not manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered under this returns policy.

We are more than happy to add a personalised gift note to any order with a custom message (£2). You can find this option on our product pages. Simply write your message in the box provided and the gift note will be placed in your order. We can even engrave a message on wood or slate for you. Please get in touch.

If you notice a mistake with your address you must email us at hello@artfactory.co.uk to amend the detail immediately. After an hour, it is possible that your order has been fulfilled if you have chosen an item we hold in stock.

If you provide an incorrect address and the courier is unable to deliver, we will not be able to send out a replacement product. Please get in touch with us to arrange a solution. Please always ensure the address you provide is correct when placing your order.

Likewise, if a carrier attempts delivery of a wooden piece more than three times and you are not in to receive this, it could be returned to sender. At this point we will not be able to resend it free of charge. Please contact us in the event there is a problem with your delivery.

Payment for our off-the-shelf existing stock must be made online at time of ordering. We use secure payment gateways.

Your artisan woodcraft order will be fulfilled within 48 hours Monday – Friday for products held in stock. Any orders made on Saturday / Sunday will be fulfilled on the next working day.

Delivery times vary based on your chosen delivery method. Please allow between 2-7 working days for your woodcraft order to arrive, not including weekends or bank holidays for post.

We will provide updates and tracking information for your order. If you are outside of mainland England (e.g Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight etc.), please get in touch to obtain your tracking information and allow five working days for delivery.

For bespoke woodcraft or engraved stone product requests, please contact us. We can discuss your design requirements, payment schedule and lead-times at the outset.

Depending on the nature of the woodcraft or stone product you have requested, production can take anything from a week to 6 weeks depending on the season. We can create some bespoke items quickly if necessary but we like to take our time to ensure our pieces are produced to exceptional standards.

We do not offer international shipping as a norm but may be able to assist if you get in touch.
